I am trying to cultivate a deeper experience of gratitude in each and every moment. Some moments are easier than others. But it is the difficult ones that I struggle to focus on being grateful. In this place my thoughts are focused in a negative direction. “How can there be any good here?” When I practice gratitude I find that I am more open to possibilities and finding positive ways to move through the struggle. This has been especially helpful in my relationships. Not perfect but a lot better. Here is an easier moment to be grateful for; hanging with dogs on the beach while filming our oldest daughter surfing
